Our family vacation at Central Palace was an enjoyable experience. The location was superb, close to the train station and main attractions, which made exploring Kraków easy. Our spacious room was equipped with a flat-screen television that the kids appreciated - it kept them entertained on our downtime. We also found the hotel's communication efficient; they promptly accommodated our last-minute request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy one last day without worrying about our luggage. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing quick meals, especially with hungry little ones. The staff proved to be helpful; whenever we needed minor assistance, like requests for housekeeping, they responded quickly. While we didn't spend much time indoors, the environment felt welcoming. Central Palace provided a suitable family-friendly base for our adventures, blending comfort and ease, ideal for families seeking to explore the vibrant culture of Kraków.
